UBM Development Czechia is implementing all its current residential projects with BREEAM certifications. This is an ecological certification that confirms the standard of buildings in terms of sustainability and environmental friendliness. With BREEAM certification, UBM is currently building the Arcus City residential complex in the Prague-Reporyje district and the Astrid Garden residential project in Holešovice, Prague 7.

Apricot Capital Group has commenced the construction of the 423-unit Taśmowa 5 PRS development in the Mokotów area of Warsaw, The total investment exceeds PLN 270 million and ACG’s investor has provided the full sum in equity. 

Business park Dageco Expoziției Estate is among the first the first office buildings in Bucharest that will produce renewable energy after the installation of 260 photovoltaic panels on the roof. The clean energy will also power two car charging stations. 

Yareal Polska has completed the commercialisation of Wspólna 47/49 boutique office building. In 2022, the company leased out more than 4,000 sqm of available office space, with Enervigo, “Future For Ukraine” Foundation, and a representative of the European institutions' sector added to the building’s tenant roster. This means that the building, located in the very heart of Warsaw, at the junction of Wspólna and Marszałkowska streets, is now 100% leased. 

After over three years of construction, J&T Real Estate (JTRE) will start to hand over respective parts of the enlarged Eurovea area. The opening of new roads and cycle paths will be followed by the ribbon cutting for the bigger shopping centre and public spaces, followed by Riverside residences, Pribinova 34 and 40 admin buildings, green areas, and Eurovea Tower - the first skyscraper in Slovakia.

Romanian developer Exigent Property Investment has secured a bank loan of €57.8 million from OTP for the construction of the first phase of its Exigent Plaza Residence complex in Bucharest. 

Kajima Europe and Griffin Capital Partners acquired a 70% stake in HYMON, Poland's leading photovoltaic installation company. This is the second joint initiative by these partners in Poland's renewable energy market, having taken a majority stake in PAD RES, a leading developer in Poland's clean energy asset space, in 2021.

Asking prices for homes in Romania were up by an average of 1.6% to €1,435 per sqm in February after growing by 0.9% in the previous month, according to property classifieds platform Imobiliare.ro. 

Glavbolgarstroy has inaugurated a fасtоrу for  pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures near Раzаrdzhіk, Bulgaria. The newly–opened plant provides 63 jobs, with a capacity of 80,000–140,000 square metres of built–up area per year, and a wide selection of frame construction schemes. The іnvеѕtmеnt amounts €6 mіllіоn (ВGN 10 mіllіоn).

Around 19,000 homes could be delivered in Bucharest and its surroundings this year, down 11% compared to 2022, while over 8,000 homes are at this moment in different development stages and could be delivered in 2024 and 2025, according to real estate consultancy SVN Romania.
