Panattoni has finalised the sale of a centre in Lower Silesia. An international real estate company has purchased Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate with a total area of 46,900 sqm. The price has not been revealed.

Employees working hybrid schedules value the office particularly for well-equipped spaces for focused work and for fostering collaboration and relationship building, reveals the report from Cushman & Wakefield. At the same time, 47% of respondents are against being mandated to work a fixed number of in-office days.

LCP Properties has officially opened its 48th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland, which is also the fifth in the Pomeranian region. M Park Reda has a total of 4,433 sqm of GLA space with 13 tenants. Development works began in mid-May 2023, and the general contractor of the project was STB Budownictwo.
