Retailer Profi has signed an extension of its lease agreement for 52,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Logicor Ploiești logistics park.

Czech investor Investika has quickly become one of the largest players in the local market and has already expanded internationally. The company is currently preparing two transactions in Warsaw and has its sights set on other EU countries, says Petr Čížek, CEO of Investika, in an interview with Property Forum.

Negotiators of the Council and the European Parliament reached an agreement aimed at taxing imports based on the greenhouse gas emissions needed to make the products, which would extensively cover the imports of construction materials. 

Brno has changed over the past two decades. The retail property investment market sector in Poland is thriving, thanks to the stable growth of retail parks (above 5,000 sqm GLA) and convenience retail (retail parks under 5,000 sqm GLA) schemes. Since 2016, 160 assets of this type have been finalized, says Avison Young Poland.

Logistics company Uniq Logistic is moving into the Reino IO Łódź warehouse on Ofiar Terroryzmu Avenue in Widzew. The tenant will occupy more than 12,000 sqm of warehouse space. Uniq Logistic was represented in the negotiation process by Axi Immo.

Colliers has taken over the management of three office buildings in regional cities – Carbon Tower in Wrocław, Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Kraków – with total area of 66,000 sqm.
