DHL Supply Chain has developed a carbon-neutral real estate portfolio of 400,000 sqm to support customers' growth requirements across six European Tier 1 markets. 

Forest Center (formerly Forest Offices) will be taken over by the University of Debrecen at the end of January 2023. The property was opened in 2019 and acquired by Central European developer and investor GTC in 2021. No details were disclosed about the size of the latest transaction. 

Around 130,000 sqm of new modern offices could be delivered this year, with a total of roughly 360,000 sqm possible for the 2022-2024 period, though the 2024 calendar could be postponed, according to real estate consultancy Colliers.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is supporting the development of the secondary market for green commercial real estate in CEE with an equity investment of up to €50 million, in partnership with Adventum's Penta real estate fund. Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has signed a partnership with Rock Development Holding for a new property development in Poiana Brașov. 

The last two years marked steep growth for the Slovak developer Corwin. With their four new acquisitions, they have grown to be the largest developer in Ljubljana and have sold their flagship project Blumental as one of the largest transactions of the year in Bratislava. In 2022, Corwin also published its first sustainability report.

Hungary's BDPST Group is set to acquire Hotel Gellért in Budapest, located in the same building as one of the city's most famous spas, from Indotek Group. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Indotek obtained the hotel in 2019, buying the property from Danubius Hotels Group, portfolio.hu reports.
