Savills Investment Management has signed two lease agreements at Park Szczecin Trzebusz totalling almost 30,000 sqm. The new tenant of the warehouse centre in Szczecin is Autodoc Logistics. Furthermore, one of the current tenants, Hegen Europe, has decided to expand its space as part of the logistics park within the Savills IM portfolio in Poland.

Alina Turcu has been appointed as the Regional Manager of PlanRadar in Romania. She has previously worked in the sales team of the company locally.

As of 7 November 2023, Swiss Life Select Reality will be managed by Andrea Daňhelová, who was previously Director of Operations, Legal and Compliance. Andrea Daňhelová takes over the management of one of the most important real estate companies on the Czech market from Jaromír Mašek, who has been in charge of the company since its establishment in 2013. Swiss Life Select Reality is a subsidiary of Swiss Life Select.

Office investor Globalworth has appointed Ema Iftimie as Managing Director for its real estate operations in Romania, replacing Marian Popa, who will step down as of December 1st.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €75 million investment loan facility to a Polish company managed by Macquarie Asset Management on behalf of institutional investors. The loan will be used for the refinancing of the CEDET office building in Warsaw. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

Dm-drogerie markt has signed an agreement to lease new warehouse space in Prologis Park Prague-D1 Ostředek. The new dm distribution centre will cover an area of 21,000 sqm and will also include offices. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has signed a deal with German semiconductors maker Infineon Technologies for the development of a prime office building in northern Bucharest.  

Total investment transactions in Romania’s commercial property sector stood at €62.4 million in Q3 2023, with 32% of the total volume represented by sale-and-leaseback transactions, according to a CBRE report.
