JLL Polska has been appointed as the exclusive agent to represent the Europlex office building. This multifunctional building, located on the borders of Warsaw’s Śródmieście and Mokotów districts, offers nearly 20,000 sqm of office space for lease.

Europlex is an office and retail building located at 17, Puławska Street, on the borders of the green Mokotów district and Śródmieście, the central area of Warsaw. The building offers approximately 23,000 sqm of office, retail as well as service and commercial space for lease. A great asset of the office building is its convenient location. Tram and bus stops are located adjacent to the building, making it possible to reach both Pole Mokotowskie and Politechnika metro stations quickly. Additionally, a new tram line leading to Wilanów will come into service in September, with a stop planned right next to the building. For tenants using cars, the building offers an underground car park with an area reserved for guests. An additional advantage for the building's tenants is the proximity of the Morskie Oko Park and the Royal Baths, whose picturesque view will be available to users on the highest floors of the office building. In the vicinity of the building, there is also a wide range of cafes, restaurants and other amenities characteristic for this part of Warsaw. The building has a large Zdrofit gym equipped with squash courts, a café-bakery, a Rossmann drugstore, a Stokrotka shop, a travel agency, a banking outlet, two parcel lockers, and a medical centre.

"The office building is situated in an excellent location, providing easy access to public transport, and a wide range of services and restaurants. The building itself is impressive with a high standard of common areas, with some office units already finished and ready to move into. Europlex is an ideal alternative for companies looking for a slightly cheaper option in a central location. We look forward to having the opportunity to commercialise it", says Aleksandra Kaszuba, Leasing Consultant, Office Agency, JLL.
