On May 1st, Sierra Balmain assumed management of the Power Park Opole shopping centre. The company will be responsible for both technical and commercial property management.

The Power Park Opole shopping centre is a two-building complex with a total area of over 22,000 sqm. The larger building houses an Auchan hypermarket, while the smaller one is occupied by the Media Markt and Nexterio chains. The centre also includes an external parking lot with 862 spaces. Power Park Opole is located about 20 minutes from the A4 highway and about 3 km from the centre of Opole. The property is owned by a subsidiary of Leoff Group.

“We greatly appreciate the trust of Leoff Group and we are very pleased to announce, once again this year, that we have been tasked with managing a new facility. We include the Opole retail park in our diverse list of projects, which include multifunctional shopping and entertainment centres, retail parks, convenience centres, logistics parks, and mixed-use buildings. Diversity is something we excel at, thanks to our specialized teams and years of experience in handling a wide range of properties. We will leverage our strengths in our collaboration with Power Park Opole", said Aleksandra Mazzini, Chief Operating Officer.

After taking over management of the Opole retail park, the company’s portfolio now includes 19 properties, with a total area of 450,000 sqm GLA. This is yet another new project the company has added to its management portfolio this year. Just a month ago, the company announced its acquisition of the management of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz.
