Skanska has sold the Studio B office building in Warsaw for €86 million to Stena Real Estate AB, an international property company that is a part of the privately owned Swedish Stena Group.
This is already the third transaction between the two parties in CEE. With 17,600 sqm of office space, Studio B is part of an office complex designed by Danish Arrow Architects and Polish Grupa 5 Architekci. The building was already fully leased before getting an occupancy permit.
Studio is located between two metro stations – Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego – and is surrounded by commercial premises and extensive amenities. This is one of the few latest-generation office buildings located in this rapidly developing part of Warsaw. The complex will offer places for recreation including publicly accessible squares with small architecture, rain gardens and retention tanks that facilitate water collection.
