Avestus Real Estate has signed a loan agreement to refinance the Imagine office complex in Łódź. The loan for a total of €23.9 million was provided by mBank S.A.

GLP announced the development of a new warehouse facility in Gliwice known as GLP Gliwice II. The two buildings collectively will incorporate approximately 57,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.
