Danish retailer JYSK announced the opening of six new stores in Bulgaria by August 2023, along with the renovation of five existing branches

Penta Real Estate announced the finalisation of their newest land acquisition in the centre of Bratislava. The company bought a 3-ha (30,000 sqm) plot of land that is bordered by Mlynské nivy, Chalupkova and Košická streets. The seller is HB Reavis. Both parties have agreed that the amount of the transaction will not be disclosed. 

The Polish office buildings owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital - the Diamentum Office in Wrocław, Okrąglak and Kwadraciak in Poznań, Forum 76 in Łódź, Opera Office in Gdańsk and Vinci Office Center in Kraków - have renewed the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. MVGM was responsible for the certification process of the office buildings.

Panattoni continues to grow its portfolio of urban centres in Warsaw. The company has begun construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX next to the junction of ul. Utrata and ul. Zabraniecka in the city’s Targówek Fabryczny district, and the value of the investment will amount to €19 million. Half of the space is to be occupied by Inter-Mlecz, a distributor of some of the biggest grocery brands. The company is to move its current operations without disruption from a nearby location.

A growing number of office developers in Romania are beginning to deliver to tenants unequipped, ”cold shell” space without fixtures and finishes. IAD Investments' Prvý realitný fond has acquired the Pribinova 19 office building, which is part of the Eurovea City waterfront district in Bratislava. It is a technologically advanced administrative and commercial building with a green park with a fountain, benches, playgrounds, and a zone for dog walkers. The price of the transaction was not published.
