In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

Developer Penta Real Estate has obtained the building permit for the next stage of its Bory residential zone, YIMBA.sk reports. The permit is not valid yet, however, the whole permitting process has run at full speed in this case.

The residential segment in Brno has booked rather not a positive record. Data from the real estate company Trikaya, as e15.cz reports, are speaking clearly: while 1,192 apartments in new buildings were sold on the Brno market in 2021, last year it was only 492. This is the least in the last 10 years.

Revenue generated by the top 40 construction companies operating in Poland grew in double digits in 2023, in nominal terms, for the third straight year, and it was mostly the effect of the overall substantial growth of construction costs. CTP has officially opened the new TitanX Engine Cooling factory at CTPark Opole in Poland. TitanX, the global supplier of cooling systems for trucks, has now launched its production operations in the OPO3 building, which is part of the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics complex. In doing so, TitanX has increased the previously occupied space by 18,320 sqm, consolidating all engineering processes in a single investment, which was built-to-suit by CTP.

The supply of modern retail space has reached 3.93 million sqm in the Czech Republic. Retail parks or shopping parks are taking a portion of 31% of this total according to Cushman & Wakefield's analysis of the Czech retail park market data. Traditional shopping centres account for about 67%, and the remaining 2% are outlets.

LCP Properties, a developer of the small warehouse space (SBU) warehouses under the Multipark brand, has received another building permit for a project of this type, this time in Gdańsk. Multipark Gdańsk in the first stage has over 5,400 sqm of GLA with eighteen modules. The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.
