The panel discussion on the future of asset and property management, held as part of the Future of Real Estate 2023 conference in Warsaw, showed that proper management and use of data can be key to maintaining the value of real estate assets in tougher investment times. The November event was co-organized by Property Forum and RICS.

Contera has deepened its cooperation with Valeo. At Contera Park Prešov in Slovakia, where the French global company has been operating for a long time, it will expand its premises by another 11,000 square metres, reports the online magazine systemylogistiky.sk.

MLP Group is investing to develop a new logistics centre within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. APB is planning a residential development on its land in Plzeň. It wants to build a brand new district on the site of the former Slovany barracks for CZK 20 billion (€825 million).
