Developer YIT Slovakia has been planning the construction of the Smartti residential project on Údernícká Street in the Petržalka part of Bratislava for some time. Prime Logistics Wrocław and logistics service provider LX Pantos have signed a lease for 100,000 sqm. The city of Prague is buying the company VN 42, owning an office building on the corner of Wenceslas Square and Štěpánské Street, from Komerční Banka, reports E15.cz. The municipality is planning to move employees from the Škoda Palace in Jungmannova Street, leased until the end of March 2028.

Romanian developer Metav has obtained the construction permit for a new residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest, and will start the development of the project this month.
