European Logistics Investment (ELI), a logistics platform operating in the Polish market owned by Redefine Properties, Madison International Realty, and Griffin Capital Partners, has completed the construction of two warehouses in Silesia. The first is in Knurów and has been fully leased to Fortaco Group; the second is located in Ruda Śląska and is let to Konimpex.

Global hospitality group Marriott International will open three new hotels in Romania in the next five years as part of a partnership with a local investor.

In the first half of 2024, Echo Investment Group successfully implemented its growth strategy, continuing construction projects, selling nearly 900 apartments, and debuting in the private student housing segment. The Group's total assets at the end of June exceeded PLN 6.5 billion (ca. €1.5 billion) with cash reserves surpassing PLN 523 million (ca. €121 million).

The Reico ČS Nemovitostní fund (RČSN) has sold its smallest property, the shopping centre in České Budějovice. The building has been purchased by Conseq realitní, an open shareholding fund managed by Conseq Funds investiční společnost (investment company).

IAD Investments has bought almost 80 hectares of land from Valaliky Industrial Park for the construction of an industrial park for suppliers of the Volvo car company near Košice, Eastern Slovakia.

NewCold, specialized in automated and cold chain international logistics, has entered the Romanian market through a 9-hectare land plot acquisition from WDP in northern Bucharest, for an undisclosed sum. The land is located close to the new A0 ring road of Bucharest.

CTP has leased an additional 10,000 sqm at its CTPark Warsaw South to Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka sp. z o.o. It will now occupy 25,000 sqm of warehouse space, an increase of 67 per cent on the original space leased.
