A new logistics and industrial centre was opened in the area between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří (west of Prague near the German border) for CZK 520 million (€21.4 million). The construction of the Garbe Park Klášterec II project with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm was completed in eight months. Representatives of the Progresus investment group and the developer and co-investor Garbe have already handed over the building to the main tenant, the German manufacturer of sealing systems Isolite. 

Immofinanz Group recorded strong growth in both rental income and operating results in the first three quarters of 2023 due to acquisitions, the full consolidation of S Immo and successful asset management. Rental income rose by 79.4% year-on-year to €389.2 million; the results of asset management, at €323.7 million, were even 92.2% higher than in the previous year. The results of operations increased to €209.1 million and sustainable FFO 1 from the standing investment business more than doubled to €214.4 million.

CA Immo has reported a good operating performance for the first three quarters of 2023. The results show, among other things, a significant increase in rental income (+9%) and high income from the sale of non-strategic properties (sales result of €158 million, FFO II +88%), which led to an increase in the operating result (EBITDA) of 129% compared to the previous year´s figure. In total, CA Immo generated a consolidated net profit of €61.1 million, which was around 77% below the previous year's figure, primarily due to the non-cash-effective, market-related negative result from revaluation.

Accor is partnering with Allenort Group for the new Mövenpick hotel in the heart of Gdynia. The future facility will offer hotel services to tourists and business guests, featuring 176 rooms with a rich F&B offer, conference and banquet halls, a spa with a pool and treatment rooms, as well as underground parking. Contera has deepened its cooperation with Valeo. At Contera Park Prešov in Slovakia, where the French global company has been operating for a long time, it will expand its premises by another 11,000 square metres, reports the online magazine systemylogistiky.sk.

Romanian developer HILS Development has announced the launch of a new mixed-use scheme in Bucharest that will include residential, office and retail components that will cover 180,000 sqm.

DHL Group's subsidiary DHL Supply Chain will move to the PT1 warehouse building in the HelloParks Páty logistics centre in early 2024. The logistics provider has secured 20,000 sqm of industrial space in the building.  

MLP Group is investing to develop a new logistics centre within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The upcoming MLP Bieruń West, situated on recently acquired land, is set to provide approximately 55,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse space. It will be yet another logistics centre operating in the highly sought-after region of Upper Silesia. In line with the property developer’s standard, the project will undergo the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.
