Agricultural land in the Czech Republic is increasingly attractive to investors thanks to stable price growth, decreasing availability or easier management, says Lukáš Cibulka, Director of the real estate portal Mojepole.cz in the current assessment of the land market in the Czech Republic with outlooks for 2025.

At the end of 2024, the Slovak residential real estate market has seen prices increase by 3% between quarters. Year-on-year growth rose to 6.7% over the same period. All types of apartments, as well as family houses, have become more expensive, comments Roman Vrbovský, the analyst at the National Bank of Slovakia in its latest market analysis.

Industrial developer 7R has raised €35 million from the sale of green bonds, as part of a wider program through which it aims to obtain €100 million.

Romanian developer Iulius has comissioned UK-based Foster + Partners architecture studio to work on two projects in Romania.

M Core Group has purchased seven strip malls in Romania from property investor MAS for an undisclosed sum. The projects with a combined leasable area of around 32,000 sqm have a full occupancy rate. The strip malls are based in Slobozia, Focșani, Râmnicu Sărat, Târgu Secuiesc, Sebeș, Făgăraș and Gheorgheni.

Romanian developer Forty Management has purchased a land plot spanning 12 ha in Bormujos, a suburb of Seville, for a new urban regeneration project under the Lagoon City brand.

Penta Real Estate and Komerční Banka have agreed on financing the construction of the residential project Mocca Residence. The credit is corresponding to the costs to be invested in the project by Penta.
