The Czech communication group Knowlimits has moved to the office space in Karlín in Prague previously used as the Economia publishing house headquarters.
Prochazka & Partners, a commercial real estate consultancy, has secured a lease of almost 4,400 sqm in the iconic building on Pernerova Street. The former headquarters of the Economia publishing house is an important example of industrial architecture that has been successfully revitalised for modern office use.
"Karlín today is a dynamically developing district with a unique mix of restaurants, cafes and other services. Its proximity to the city centre, good transport links and high concentration of top companies' headquarters and modern office buildings in a relatively small space make this location highly attractive for successful companies such as Knowlimits," explains Radek Procházka, Managing Partner at Prochazka & Partners.
