Polish food producer and wholesale and retail supplier Janex has leased approximately 11,700 sqm of new space at MLP Pruszków II. The company will launch its second, and simultaneously twice as large, facility in the new building at this logistics park. According to the plan, the tenant can use the additional space starting in April 2026.

Janex has signed a new lease agreement with MLP Group for approximately 11,700 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex. Of this, around 1,500 sqm will be dedicated to office space, while 10,200 sqm will be used for the industrial and food processing plant. The new facility will include, among other features, refrigeration and freezing areas (covering over 70% of the space) as well as a section dedicated to food processing (about 30%). A total of 180 employees will work at the new plant. The facility is expected to be handed over for use in April next year.

The company has been a long-term client of MLP Group. The first agreement was signed in 2018, under which the tenant currently occupies approximately 5,200 sqm. This means that the new facility will be more than twice the size of the current one, which will remain in use. Janex is a Polish food producer as well as a wholesale and retail supplier.

"Signing a new lease agreement for approximately 11,700 sqm demonstrates the trust our clients place in us. We are proud to support Janex in its expansion by providing space tailored to the modern needs of the food industry. MLP Pruszków II is an excellent location for dynamic companies looking for well-connected and modern facilities. Our 'build & hold' strategy, along with our focus on location and the quality of our spaces, makes us the ideal partner for companies aiming for growth", said Agnieszka Góźdź, Board Member, Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

The installations to be implemented in the facility have been designed from the outset to be energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and reliable. At the same time, the gases used in the refrigeration and freezing systems have virtually zero negative impact on the environment.

"Each stage of production follows international food safety standards, including BRC and IFS. A team of experts continuously monitors quality, and cooperation with accredited laboratories ensures compliance with strict requirements. In the refrigeration system, we use potassium formate, which makes the entire installation safe for the environment. We also choose eco-friendly packaging and labels", emphasized Sławomir Wiesiak, Partner at Janex Sławomir i Elżbieta Wiesiak Sp. j.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a planned rental area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings are certified with the BREEAM certificate. In line with MLP Group's ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the roofs.

MLP Pruszków II offers well-developed transport connections, both to the centre of Warsaw and to the main roads linking the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the communication junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, providing logistical conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The park also features a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bike rental station.
