The Shire - Beyond Coworking are launching a luxury project in Warsaw’s office services market. Situated in a historic building at 37 Poznańska Street, the project will feature fully equipped, independent, serviced office modules of the highest standard. 

MDC2 Park Gliwice has achieved one of the highest scores in Poland, receiving the BREEAM Outstanding New Construction certification. With a score of 92.6%, it sits amongst the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe.

DL Invest Group has taken over the Craft office building in Katowice from Ghelamco and will change its functions. DL Craft will become a multifunctional complex offering premium office space, a hotel, restaurants and a medical clinic. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Hilton today announced that following a franchise agreement with Grupa Hotele Polskie, two new properties will open in Northern Poland under the Spark by Hilton brand – a country debut for Hilton’s premium economy conversion brand. Spark by Hilton Pobierowo and Spark by Hilton Krynica Morska will open within the next six months, joining Hilton’s 30 trading hotels across Poland. The new properties together create an additional 226 rooms.

BIG Poland’s portfolio is expanding with two new investments: Park Kujawia in Włocławek and Atut in Myszków. The total value of both transactions exceeds €56 million. With these additions, the BIG brand now owns 7 retail parks in Poland, located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, and Ostróda. Including 3 development projects currently underway, BIG Poland’s portfolio now comprises 10 locations.

Panattoni is to build a new industrial park in the Mazovia region. The development of Panattoni Park Sochaczew with an area of almost 28,000 sqm will commence in the first quarter of 2025 with the first tenant – Pilkington Automotive Poland – to move in by November of the same year.

Segro has renewed an agreement with a key organization in the stainless steel and aluminium distribution industry. Investa will continue to operate on almost 30,000 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków.

Poland’s commercial real estate market is showing strong signs of stabilisation. According to the latest report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, the total investment transaction volume for January to September 2024 exceeded €2.68 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of nearly 57%, with office assets being the top-performing sector.

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, nearly 2 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space was under construction across Poland in the third quarter of 2024. This, coupled with relatively stable leasing activity, pushed the overall vacancy rate down to 8.0% by the end of September (quarter-on-quarter). This rate is expected to continue its downward trend throughout 2025. Occupier demand remains firmly focused on energy-efficient, sustainable and high-tech warehouses.

The total number of homes completed in Romania in the first nine months of the year was 42,312, down by 18.1% compared to the same period last year, according to a report by the National Institute of Statistics (INS).
