Hybrid workspace platform IWG has announced the opening of two new Regus centres in Budapest due to growing demand for flexible office solutions in the local market.

The Paulay 52 centre, which opened in February, provides 25 fully equipped private offices across 1,014 sqm. At the same time, the Madarász Office Park location, launched in April, offers 36 private offices, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms, along with two kitchens and a lounge area.

Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of IWG PLC, said: “Our openings come at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible and platform working is incredibly popular with employees, improving their work-life balance and satisfaction, while also providing a multitude of benefits to companies.”

Last year, IWG signed 899 new centres to its global network and opened 624 new workspaces.
