A new retail park has opened in Pyrzyce, marking the town’s first modern shopping centre. The project was developed by PKB Inwest Budowa in partnership with Scallier, which handled site selection, acquisition, advisory, leasing, and is now overseeing the sales process

Pyrzyce is a town of around 13,000 people, located 45 kilometres from Szczecin. The retail park is situated near the town centre, close to residential and recreational areas, and easily accessible via provincial road No. 122 and other regional roads serving Pyrzyce County’s 39,000 residents.

Construction began in early 2024 and was completed in less than a year. “The park meets high construction standards and prioritises convenience, with direct access to each retail unit and integrated parking with the neighbouring Bricomarche,” said Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier.

The 2,000 sqm park was fully leased before its official opening in May 2025. Tenants include Media Expert, CCC, Sinsay, Worldbox, and Żabka. The site is located near existing stores such as Lidl, Biedronka, and Bricomarche. “Demand for space in convenience retail centres remains strong in under-served towns,” said Anna Wojciechowska, senior leasing manager at Scallier.
