The sale of Prague’s Palladium is entering the final stages. According to two independent sources, the first bids have been submitted lately, reports Seznamzpravy.cz. And three finalists have emerged from them. 

Greykite European Real Estate Fund I, its affiliates, and White Star Real Estate have announced key milestones in the transformation of the Digital Ursus site in Warsaw, signalling the successful early repositioning of a former logistics property into a strategic digital infrastructure hub.

The Hungarian government has submitted for public consultation a proposal to amend the regulation commonly referred to as the “mall stop” (Government Decree No. 143/2018 (VIII.13.)), which governs the operation of commercial units larger than 400 sqm.
