The total volume of housing loans granted to households reached almost RON 30 billion (around €6 billion), a 32% increase from the first half of 2024, according to the National Bank of Romania (BNR).

Waberer’s Group is developing a nearly 22,000 sqm multifunctional logistics centre in Debrecen. Construction began in November 2024, with the first column erected in April this year. By August, the facility had reached the shell stage, and operations are scheduled to start in Q4 2025. The new hub will offer fully customisable storage and logistics services, strengthening supply chains across Eastern Hungary and neighbouring regions.
