Bog'Art Building Management, the facility management company part of Bog'Art Group, has appointed Tudor Marchiș as CEO.

Hungarian investor GESTOR REAL ESTATE announced the successful sale of Mazarrón Park, a retail destination on Spain’s scenic Costa Cálida, to French investment firm Epsilon 360° SCPI. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for Epsilon 360° as it broadens its reach into the thriving Spanish market, marking its first major investment outside of France.

P3 Logistic Parks and Orlen have signed a lease agreement for nearly 24,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Piotrków Park, in Poland.

A new cargo port is to be built in Vlčie Hrdlo in Bratislava, which, according to the vision of the investor Win-Port Invest, is strengthening Bratislava's international commercial and transport importance. The non-parliamentary party Democrats has submitted an initiative to the General Prosecutor's Office (GP) of the Slovak Republic in connection with the planned Harbor Park trimodal port project, reports Yimba.sk.

Value of started construction projects in Hungary fell almost 17% down year-on-year in the first nine months of 2024, accounting for around HUF 1800 billion, according to EBI Construction Activity Report Hungary. 

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for Trilux, the producer of professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised the third quarter of 2024 on the largest office markets in Poland. Office take-up in key regional cities remained on par with the figures recorded in the same period in 2023, signifying stability on the office rental market. Meanwhile, stagnation on the supply side, coupled with limited construction activity, is likely to push vacancy rates down in the future.
