Panattoni has purchased 35 hectares of land and will begin construction of 160,000 sqm of new buildings as part of the Wrocław Campus in Q2 of this year.
7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.
Panattoni has passed 130,000 sqm delivered for LX Pantos in Poland. The Korean logistics operator has increased the space it occupies within Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII to 50,000 sqm.
Develia has signed a joint venture agreement with Hillwood. As part of the agreement, a special-purpose vehicle will be created to develop a logistics park with a minimum area of 400,000 sqm GLA on a property located in Malin near Wrocław. The estimated value of the entire project will exceed PLN 1.5 billion.
Panattoni has leased out almost 80,000 sqm to global logistics operator DSV within the Wrocław Logistics South Hub. This is the first lease for space in the developer’s largest project in the region, which is to eventually comprise 250,000 sqm. Construction work began in the summer of the current year.
GLP announces the lease of a 40,000 sqm facility at GLP Wroclaw V Logistics Centre to SHEIN, a global e-commerce company. The new facility will open by the end of the year and serve as its Central and Eastern European distribution hub.
Futureal Investments Partners has announced that it will start the renovation of one of its recently acquired real estate investments in Poland. The Wratislavia Tower office building in Wrocław will be renovated with an intention to obtain the BREEAM Excellent In-Use certificate. More than half of the complex will be leased by the City of Wrocław.
More than 600,000 sqm of warehouse space is under construction in Lower Silesia. Of that total, nearly two-thirds are being built in Wrocław and its suburbs. Demand for new warehouses in the region comes mainly from e-commerce and 3PL, according to Newmark Polska.
SPM Poland, a member of the BCUBE Poland Group, has joined MLP Wrocław as its new tenant. The logistics operator has leased in total more than 15,000 sqm of modern space, with the first unit already completed. Construction of another facility is about to commence, and the building is slated for handover in the first quarter of next year.
MidPoint71, an office building in Wrocław, was acquired by Trigea Real Estate Fund, the fastest-growing Czech fund. The project of Echo Investment, which obtained the occupancy permit earlier this year, was sold for over €100 million. In another deal, three office buildings in Fuzja Łódź project were acquired by KGAL Group, an independent investment and asset manager, for over €56 million.
Catering products supplier Bidfood Farutex has become the first tenant of DC4 building at Prologis Park Wrocław III, having leased 9,795 sqm. Farutex will move into its new space in August 2023.
Warsaw's Renova shopping mall, located in Targówek and owned by Napollo, has just opened the first outlet of the Mother Earth brand in Warsaw. The outlet will be located on the ground floor of the mall.
Gdańsk's Galeria Zaspa has gained a new tenant. Clothing brand Sinsay has taken nearly 600 sqm of space in the facility.
