Panattoni has finalised the sale of two industrial developments near the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm. The price and the buyer have not been disclosed. 

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with Vastint Poland for the sale of the real estate on which the Arkady Wrocławskie multifunctional building is located. The net sale price has been set at €42.9 million (approximately PLN 185.6 million). The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of August 2025. Avison Young has been representing the seller throughout the sales process.

Nuveen Real Estate alongside its joint venture partner, Value One, has completed the development of Fabryczna 22, the second Polish student living asset to be delivered by the two firms’ Eagle joint venture.

Erste Group Bank AG has granted a new loan to Cavatina Holding S.A., this time for the realization of Cavatina’s flagship project in Wroclaw. The financing, which was initiated back in October, will ultimately provide the Polish developer with funds for refinancing the costs of the Quorum D office building (up to €25 million) and for further financing of the Quorum A construction (up to €20 million), as well as an additional €3 million to cover VAT. The multifunctional Quorum complex, rising on the banks of the Oder River, is the largest project of its kind in the city.

7R has fully leased 7R Park Wrocław West II for Yusen Logistics. The tenant will occupy nearly 43,000 sqm in the facility. This is one of the largest leases this year.

Swobodna SPOT is a new project by Echo Investment at 60 Swobodna Street in Wrocław. There will be a total of 41,600 sqm of leasable space in the project located in the city's business centre. Two office buildings and a green urban walkway connecting them were designed by architects from Kuryłowicz & Associates.

Nunner Logistics has signed a lease agreement for 22,869 sqm of warehouse space and 285 sqm of office and social space at Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East park, currently under construction in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. Construction work is underway and is set to be completed by next July. The project is being developed in partnership between Hillwood and LCube, with Hillwood acting as investor and LCube as Development Manager, coordinating the development of the facility.

Hillwood Polska and LCube have signed an agreement to develop a logistics facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet 'Excellent' BREEAM certification standards. LCube will serve as the Development Manager, working closely with Hillwood through the construction and commercial phases.

7R has started work on 7R Park Wrocław West II. This is the company's first development made in accordance with its new decarbonisation strategy. In this case, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 50%.

GLP has started the construction of another warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is one of Poland’s largest logistics projects. The latest stage of the project had already been fully leased before the start of construction.
