Panattoni has secured another major lease for its new project, Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII. LX Pantos, one of the largest logistics operators in Korea and Southeast Asia, will occupy as much as 43,500 sqm in the new park – more than three times as much as it originally planned.

Hungarian asset manager Futureal Investment Partners has made its second acquisition – the Wratislavia Towers mixed-use development in Wrocław city centre. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.

Panattoni is further developing the warehouse stock of Lower Silesia. Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII is under development next to a junction of the A4 motorway in the village of Pietrzykowice just outside Wrocław and will eventually have an area of 75,000 sqm. Logistics operator Chomar has just leased 15,000 sqm in the park. 

HIH Invest Real Estate has just sold two HGV service stations in Poland on behalf of an investment fund owned by a German pension scheme and by a foundation. The assets were purchased by Investika, a Czech investment company formed in 2015. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for January 2022.

GLP has commenced the development of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre, the largest warehouse project underway in the Wrocław metropolitan area. Built on a 50 ha plot, the GLP project will ultimately offer approximately 240,000 sqm of logistics space.

Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Frontier Park Wrocław is a warehouse park, ultimately covering approx. 9,300 sqm of flexible warehouse and production space with adjacent office parts. Twelve Small Business Units with an area of 300 sqm are currently under construction on a 2-hectare plot in Bielany Wrocławskie.

Christie & Co has found a new tenant for the former Sofitel on the main square with Mogotel, who will operate the hotel in Wroclaw's city centre under the Wyndham brand. For the Latvian operator Mogotel, it is the first hotel in Poland.

Cavatina Holding has acquired land in Wrocław from Invest City for a net sum of €20.8 million (PLN 95 million).
