E-commerce clothing giant Shein will start operations in the area of almost 55,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub as early as this quarter. The developer has already leased half of the planned 250,000 sqm in the Lower Silesian complex.
Trigea nemovitostní fond has acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset is the second city logistics investment in Poland in Trigea’s portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.
Develia has signed a joint venture agreement with Hillwood. As part of the agreement, a special-purpose vehicle will be created to develop a logistics park with a minimum area of 400,000 sqm GLA on a property located in Malin near Wrocław.
