KPMG's new headquarters, spanning more than 8,000 sqm, will be delivered on Váci Road, Budapest, in autumn 2029. Designed entirely around the requirements of the advisory and audit firm, the project is notable for WING delivering a complete office building tailored exclusively to a single tenant, a construction model that is rare in today's Budapest office market. The transaction is also the largest new office leasing agreement in Budapest so far this year.

The seven-storey building, designed for approximately 1,100 employees, will feature a 300-seat conference centre, a large green internal courtyard and a dedicated meeting floor, along with a two-and-a-half-level underground car park providing 140 parking spaces. WING is developing the building in a build-to-suit (BTS) structure, aligned with KPMG's long-term growth plans and quality expectations.

"A corporate headquarters is far more than an ordinary office building: it simultaneously reflects an organisation's culture, values and vision," said Tibor Tatár, Head of Residential and Office Developments at WING Hungary.

"When selecting the location for our new headquarters, a key consideration was the ability to continue operating in our current location, in a building where KPMG will be the sole tenant. It was also important that a modern working environment be created that reflects our culture and delivers a high-quality experience for both our employees and our clients," said Rezső Rózsai, CEO of KPMG Hungary.

Over the past two decades, WING has delivered bespoke headquarters buildings for major corporations including Magyar Telekom, RTL Hungary, Ericsson, E.ON, evosoft, Lightware, Allianz, General Electric and Philip Morris. The tenant is represented by iO Partners Hungary, while WING's legal advisory services were provided by DLA Piper Hungary.
