Quantum Real has acquired a neighbouring plot of land in Gliwice, allowing an additional 20,000 sqm of warehouse space to be developed. The move will bring the total area of the Quantum Gliwice complex to over 60,000 sqm. LCube has joined as a shareholder in the project company, supporting the further development of the investment.

Construction of the first phase is under way, offering 43,000 sqm of leasable space. The project holds a building permit and secured financing, with delivery planned for the first quarter of 2027. The park is located directly alongside the A4 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Sośnica interchange, where the A1 and A4 motorways meet, giving access to the Silesian agglomeration and markets in the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia.

"The acquisition of the neighbouring land reflects our long-term assessment of Upper Silesia's potential and the market interest in our project. It allows us to expand Quantum Gliwice while enabling phased delivery and flexibility in responding to market conditions. Cooperation with LCube in financing the project's growth will strengthen Quantum Real's position in the Polish logistics market," said Robert Szafarz, Head of Leasing at Quantum Real.

The first tenant, North Coast, a distributor of food products from Italy and the Mediterranean, will operate refrigerated and frozen storage zones requiring dedicated power capacity, high insulation and separated temperature zones. Alongside this space, a speculative portion of the first phase will also be available from the first quarter of 2027, representing one of the few new options in the area at that time.

LCube has delivered over 100,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Poland over the past five years, with projects in Szczecin, Rzeszów and the Wrocław region. The general contractor for the first phase is Adamietz Construction.
