Komplex Torus, a distributor of household chemicals, cosmetics and hygiene products, has leased nearly 6,800 sqm at MLP Pruszków II near Warsaw. Of the total area, approximately 6,500 sqm will be used for warehousing, with the remainder allocated to office and staff facilities. The completed unit is scheduled to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026. Newmark Polska represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Founded more than 30 years ago, Komplex Torus serves over 2,500 customers each month and carries more than 10,000 products in its wholesale range, sourced from manufacturers in the household chemicals, cosmetics and hygiene sectors.
"Komplex Torus's decision to select MLP Pruszków II confirms the attractiveness of our offer to companies with intensive logistics and distribution operations. The key factors are not only the location and standard of the space, but also the flexibility that allows the facility to be adapted to the tenant's specific needs and growth plans," said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
"Our client chose MLP Pruszków II primarily because of its proximity to the A2 motorway, convenient access for employees and an offer well suited to its business needs. We secured space for Komplex Torus that fully meets its operational requirements," said Patryk Podgórski, Senior Advisor at Newmark Polska.
MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics park in MLP Group's portfolio, located in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków and close to the Warsaw metropolitan area. Once fully developed, it will offer approximately 427,000 sqm of warehouse, production and office space. The park is being developed in line with sustainable construction standards, with selected buildings holding BREEAM certifications and photovoltaic systems installed on building roofs. The complex sits between provincial road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, roughly 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction.
