EQT Real Estate has signed a lease agreement with BESTSECRET covering 108,000 sqm at EQT Park Poznań Żerniki, one of the largest warehouse leasing transactions in Poland in 2026. The deal was concluded through EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV (EELV IV), operating within EQT Real Estate.
BESTSECRET is a European online platform for premium and luxury off-price fashion, serving customers in 27 countries through a closed membership model. The facility, completed in 2021, will be adapted to support the company's logistics processes and e-commerce operations across Europe. An internal four-level operational mezzanine brings the total usable area to 188,000 sqm, supporting order picking and distribution.
EQT Park Poznań Żerniki is located in Żerniki near Poznań, directly adjacent to the S11 expressway. The site offers access to the Poznań agglomeration, the A2 motorway and transport corridors connecting Poland with Western European markets. The facility includes loading infrastructure, parking for cars and trucks, and a three-storey office building. The transition between tenants was completed without a void period.
