The grand opening of 18,000 sqm logistics hub at Segro Logistics Park Stryków took place on 14 April 2025. The main tenant is DPD. The courier company currently leases a total of more than 35,000 sqm in the Segro portfolio in Poland.

The cornerstone-laying ceremony at City Point Okęcie marked the official launch of the construction of the project. The event also provided an opportunity to formally announce Welcome Airport Services as the sole tenant of the warehouse. Jointly developed by Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group, the 11,000 sqm project incorporates sustainable construction practices alongside advanced technologies in energy efficiency and water management. The facility is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025.

Panattoni has completed the expansion of Panattoni Park Koluszki and obtained an occupancy permit. Located in central Poland, the industrial park is now fully leased.

Panattoni has secured financing from mBank for its latest project in the Małopolska region of Poland. The €26 million funding will be used to develop the new logistics complex, Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

With warehouse and industrial stock of nearly 35 million sqm, Poland’s market has stabilised at a healthy level. In 2024, take-up rose by 4 per cent year-on-year. Meanwhile, development activity slowed significantly, with only 1.75 million sqm under construction in December, down from 2.8 million sqm at the same time in 2023 and from over 4.6 million sqm at its peak in 2021, says Newmark Polska. 

More than 2.6 million sqm of industrial and logistics space was delivered across Poland in 2024. While this was below the new supply levels recorded in previous years, the Polish market remains in good shape. Vacancy rates edged down, with development activity driven by demand coming from retail and 3PL, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland’s latest report. 

Accolade will deliver another BTS facility for one of the Poland’s largest private courier operators. The warehouse will cover 11,400 sqm and will be part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, where Accolade already owns two buildings totaling 52,000 sqm.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility, totalling €120 million to refinance a logistics portfolio located across Poland for EQT Real Estate. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

A leader in fashion retail has leased 56,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica (Lower Silesia, southwestern Poland). 

Prologis has acquired from P3 a logistics park in the Warsaw region. Prologis Park Grodzisk spans nearly 70,000 square meters across four warehouse buildings, strategically located 35 kilometres from Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.
