The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie, an urban logistics facility spanning over 11,000 sqm and located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The completion date is anticipated for the summer of 2025, with Depenbrock Polska appointed as general contractor.

BSH Home Appliances Group, home appliances manufacturer, is strengthening its operations in Poland. Panattoni will construct a new, larger factory for the company, which will relocate its small home appliances production from the current location. The new facility will be built in Rudna Wielka near Rzeszów. The total project value will amount to nearly 600 million PLN in the coming years. Construction is planned for completion by mid-2026.

MDC2 has announced the commencement of the development of an industrial and logistics park - MDC2 Park Gdańsk East in Koszwały near Gdańsk. It will offer 84,000 sqm in the first phase within a single building. The project is located on the S7 expressway, directly at the Żuławy Zachód junction.

Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 square meters will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totalling 160,000 square meters.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.

DL Invest Group has completed the acquisition of a 270,000 sqm brownfield - a production and warehouse complex in Bielsko-Biała. The price is ca €25 million. 

Investment management company Eika Asset Management has signed an agreement with Panattoni. Under the agreement, Panattoni will be responsible for the development and construction of a logistics building in Poland, while EAM will coordinate the financing of the project. Half of the developed property will be leased to Pilkington Automotive Poland, one of Europe’s largest glass manufacturers.

7R will invest in the Kraków-based Logistics and Industrial Center "Ruszcza," which is part of the “Kraków – Nowa Huta Przyszłości” project. The 7R Hub, located in Kraków's Nowa Huta district, will offer tenants 230,000 sqm of technology and production space.

Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Lower Silesia. One of the leaders in the fashion industry has leased 40,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Głogów. 

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial parks – Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III and Panattoni Park Kraków East II – to an international investor specializing in commercial real estate as its entry to Poland. The total transaction value reached ca. €70 million.
