Local developer ELI Parks has started the construction of ELI Park 5 Bucharest in partnership with general contractor Eren Cons. Located in the north-western area of Bucharest, ELI Park 5 continues the expansion of the ELI Park Bucharest development, an industrial hub designed for efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.

Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors have completed City Point Okęcie, an 11,000 sqm cargo terminal for Welcome Airport Services. The build-to-suit facility is located next to Warsaw Chopin Airport and will serve as the company's new international cargo terminal.

Martley Capital has sold two warehouse assets in Croatia from its Central European Value Add Fund (CEREF). The properties, Logistics Centre Vetel and Koledovcina 2, provide a total of 21,160 sqm GLA and are fully let to local and national tenants. The Vetel asset has a WALT to break of 3.3 years, while Koledovcina 2 has a WALT to break of 1.8 years. Both are located on the outskirts of Zagreb with good access to the city’s transport network.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published Q2 2025 figures on Poland’s industrial and logistics sector, based on data from advisory firms including Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Newmark Poland and Savills. The report covers warehouse stock, new completions, projects under construction, take-up and vacancy rates.

7R is embarking on the development of a huge (230,000 sqm) technological and production hub in Nowa Huta. The initial phase, involving soil remediation, is underway, with construction expected to commence later this year.

Ligentia, a leading provider of supply chain technology and services, is continuing its growth in Prologis Park Poznań II. Following the signing of a new lease agreement, the company has expanded its leased space by almost 18,000 square meters, reaching a total of 41,000 square meters in one of Prologis’ key logistics parks in the region. 

Panattoni has completed construction and handed over a manufacturing and logistics facility to Valmet Automotive - a supplier of roof and kinematic systems for the automotive industry. The investment, realised in a build-to-suit (BTS) format, expands the existing factory in Żary. 

Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing to launch a warehouse project within the Tricity metropolitan area. The urban logistics park will be located in Przejazdowo, near the Gdańsk Wschód interchange, which connects the S7 expressway with Gdańsk city centre. The scheme will comprise two warehouse facilities with a total area of over 20,000 sqm, offering units starting from 1,700 sqm. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026.

Panattoni has secured two new tenants for its investment in Siedlce (eastern Poland). FoodWell – a leading player in the dried fruit and nuts market – will occupy 5,700 sqm in an existing building. Over 6,200 sqm of new warehouse space will be developed for a second tenant, a logistics operator.

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock topped 35 million sqm in the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, with over 5.25 million sqm of warehouse space, Lower Silesia overtook Central Poland, securing third place among Poland’s largest regional markets. Availability in existing warehouses reached nearly 3 million sqm - the highest volume of vacant leasable space in the Polish market's history. That said, the overall vacancy rate edged up by just 0.3 pp year-on-year.
