CTP has signed a lease of nearly 10,000 sqm of warehouse space with Chorus Research Engineering Distribution at CTPark Bucharest North. Chorus, a Romanian provider of integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies, serves customers across the renewable energy and industrial automation sectors.
CTP adapted the facility to meet Chorus's operational requirements, including the construction of a dedicated ADR storage area for hazardous goods. The customised setup allows Chorus to manage its logistics operations while complying with applicable safety standards.
"Today's occupiers expect more than warehouse space. They need facilities that support their current operations while remaining flexible enough to accommodate tomorrow's growth. The bespoke adaptations implemented for Chorus, including a dedicated ADR storage area and built-in expansion options, underscore our customer-focused approach," said Andrei Marian, Business Development Director at CTP Romania.
"In addition to the excellent location, another reason to choose CTPark Bucharest North was the high standard of service provided by CTP. This level of support enables us to deliver high-performance solutions to the market, particularly in the renewable and energy storage sectors," said Daniel Secheres, Chief Marketing Officer at Chorus Research Engineering Distribution.
CTPark Bucharest North is situated in the northern part of Bucharest, with access to the city's ring road, major motorways and Henri Coandă International Airport. CTP holds a portfolio of 14.8 million sqm of GLA across 12 countries, with 2.0 million sqm under construction as of 30 June 2026.
