MAS Real Estate to buy €113 million portfolio in Romania

MAS Real Estate has entered into an agreement with PKM Developments, a joint venture with its peer Prime Kapital, to buy a property portfolio consisting of nine shopping value centres in Romania for €112.97 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Mitiska REIM and Karuzela will form a joint venture in Poland, and Mitiska REIM’s FRI 2 fund will acquire a 50% holding in 2 retail parks and 2 gallerias owned by Karuzela, with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 35,600 sqm, and both parties will co-develop 4 additional projects with a total GLA of approximately 60,000 sqm.

New leases

  • Front Line Hungary Kft., a company specializing in the online trade of Mexican and American food products, has signed a lease agreement for 1,500 sqm in CTPark Budapest West.
  • Asana has expanded its office space at Wolf Marszałkowska in Warsaw three times. Plans for the coming months include further expansion to over 1,800 sqm.
  • The last vacant office in Kraków's Brain Park has been leased by Enprom. The Polish electrical engineering company will occupy 500 sqm of space on the eighth floor of building B.

New appointments

  • Balint Szécsényi has resigned as a member of GTC's supervisory board with immediate effect. The resignation was announced by the company's Board of Directors.
  • Katarzyna Jaworska has joined Colliers' office department, taking on the position of Associate Director. In her new role, Katarzyna will be responsible for office lease consultancy for public sector clients.
  • Krystian Pachówka joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland in February this year. In the CEE region, AEW manages properties in the office, retail and logistics sectors.
