NEPI Rockcastle announced that it will inaugurate Promenada Sibiu on November 14 following an investment of €100 million. The developer will also open a shopping centre in Târgu Mureș in March following an investment of €70 million.
Built on a plot of land of 4.2 hectares, Promenada Sibiu will have a rentable area of 42,200 square meters, including a multiplex cinema with 1,400 seats, a terrace and four-level underground parking.
Built on a plot of land of 12.5 hectares, Shopping City Târgu Mureș will have a rentable area of 40,000 square meters, including a multiplex cinema, a playground and a roof garden. 75% of the total area has already been leased.
