Heimstaden has introduced 284 new, fully equipped apartments to the Warsaw rental market, as part of the second stage of the Bokserska project. The first tenants will move in March of 2023.

All apartments in the AFIHome Třebešín rental project in Prague 3 are now fully leased. All tenants of 61 apartments have also moved in, AFI Europe has announced. 

AFI Europe has completed its third rental housing project in Prague this year. AFIHome Kolbenova, the first apartment building in the new multifunctional district AFI City in Prague 9, has now been approved.

Czech real estate fund Investika has decided to take another step in diversifying its real estate portfolio. Its latest acquisitions are luxury properties in Croatia for short-term rentals.

Resi4Rent has secured a €50 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for new investments in the institutional rental market in cities hosting refugees from Ukraine, the company said. The AFIhome Karlín rental residence project with 172 apartments from AFI Europe has been approved. This is the second rental housing project by AFI Europe, this time for CZK 1 billion (€41 million). The apartments will be available for move-in in spring 2023, the developer announced.
