PFR Nieruchomości will debut in Szczecin with a large rental project, located on 6 hectares owned by PKP (Polish State Railways). It will comprise 9 buildings, 800 flats, recreational space and amenities.

The investment will be built on Stankiewicza Street in Szczecin on the site of the former Pomorzany freight station. Currently, on the premises of PKP, a platform shelter and old warehouse buildings remain. The architects will find new functions for them.

"This is our next joint venture with PKP. We are already designing around 400 flats on the banks of the Oder in Wrocław on Białowieska Street. Now it's time for Szczecin. I am convinced that, thanks to this excellent location and an experienced project team, a project will be created that combines social, revitalising and city-forming functions. I am glad that we will restore this forgotten and neglected piece of the city to its inhabitants", says Wojciech Caruk, President of the Management Board of PFR Nieruchomości.

The new residential complex with flats for rent will be designed by Fort Polska. This company has worked, among others, on the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall in Szczecin, the Norblin Factory in Warsaw, Galeria Katowicka or the Multifunctional Concert Hall in Toruń's Jordanki.

According to preliminary assumptions, the development will consist of nine buildings with flats for rent, as well as a recreational and service area. The project will be built using BIM technology.
