Solida Capital Group has secured project financing from Santander Bank Polska for the conversion of a centrally located Warsaw office building, the company announced on LinkedIn. Echo Investment has completed the sale of Libero shopping centre in Katowice to Estonian investment firm Summus Capital for €103 million. This marks the largest single retail property acquisition in Poland in 2025.

Wing has acquired a 10,900 sqm development site in Debrecen through its residential brand Living. The company plans to build around 400 modern, energy-efficient apartments in several phases in Hungary's second-largest city. Bellemonde has announced the launch of Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera adding 52 villas to the growing community. The total investment amounts to €25 million, with approximately 65% secured through a financing partnership with Vista Bank.
