Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes.

Romanian developer One United Properties has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a 34,800 sqm plot in Constanța, at the entrance to Mamaia resort, from local developer Alezzi Group.

Solida Capital Group has secured project financing from Santander Bank Polska for the conversion of a centrally located Warsaw office building, the company announced on LinkedIn.
