UBM Development Czechia has received the building use approval for the Astrid Garden residential project in Prague's Holešovice. The new owners are moving in in the autumn of 2024.

This year in March Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, which, in addition to administrative areas, is offering 1,600 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor, and another 700 sqm dedicated to a canteen with a cafe. The commercial units located on the ground floor of the seven-floor building are now fully leased. 

Nearly a third of buildings on Prague’s office market are over 20 years old. This has posed a problem for many occupants because, in terms of buildings’ sustainability, they are not meeting their ESG targets.

The YIT company has sold the Rivi Bachova project in the Praha-Chodov district to the Rivi Construction Cooperative. The interest in cooperative housing is increasing given the situation in the Czech mortgage market.
