Developer AFI Europe is launching a new coworking centre on the ground floor of the AFI Home Kolbenova 1 rental residence in the AFI City district in Vysočany, Prague 9. Coworking spaces as part of the rental project are among the developer's domestic innovations.
The modern workspaces with an area of 250 sqm provide people from the wider area with a place to work and are expected to enhance the development of a new business community in the locality. The space includes 25 workplaces with a flexible selection, a spacious meeting room, a kitchen, a dining area and a chill-out zone.
The complex currently includes the already completed AFI City 1 office building, two phases of rental housing with 640 apartments and 470 completely sold apartments for personal ownership. In addition, it offers a green park with an area of 7,500 sqm.
