PSN has started the complete reconstruction of an apartment building in Prague 3 in Žižkov, where a total of 54 units will be created.
The Jeseniova project will include 47 apartments ranging in size from 48 to 103 m2. The project will also include seven commercial spaces in a uniform design that respects the original character of the building. Žižkov is known for its rich cultural scene, in the vicinity of the project there are many businesses and shops, a primary school, a secondary grammar school and a hospital.
The building will get new comfortable common areas and a community zone with seating. Completion of the reconstruction is planned for June 2025, future owners can move in the 3rd quarter of the same year.
