The Trikaya real estate group has completed the modernisation of the Řepy Shopping Center in Prague and sold the entire project to the investment fund Pragorent.

According to the monitored data and analysis of the real estate market by BuiltMind, the demand for new apartments in Prague has continued to grow in Q2 2024. Compared to Q2 2023, there is an increase of more than 67%.

Zeitgeist Asset Management has launched renting apartments and studios in the newly completed Delta Hagibor Residence on the border of Vinohrady, Strašnice and Žižkov in Prague. Invesco Real Estate owns the project and Zeitgeist has been given the mandate for its complete leasing and management.

AFI Europe's AFI Karlín office complex in Prague has announced the arrival of new tenants. A law firm is moving its team here, and a media and entertainment company is going to open a development centre for its streaming video service in the building.

Twenty brands have debuted on the Czech retail market in the first half of 2024, the highest number ever recorded. The biggest categories were Health and Beauty (six brands) and F&B (five brands).
