The second phase of the AFI Home Kolbenova project in Vysočany in Prague developed by AFI Europe has reached 50% occupancy. The project is offering 327 residential units for long-term rentals.

The gap between offer and final prices is narrowing in the Czech Republic and is helping transaction activity for the rest of 2024, according to the regular quarterly office market survey published by Colliers. 

Crestyl has completed two residential houses in its Prague development district Hagibor. The Gamma building with 138 apartments for sale and the Delta building with 168 apartments for rent have passed the building use approval in July.

Savills is moving its headquarters to new office space within the Masaryčka project in the centre of Prague. An additional 50% floor space is giving the Savills the foundation to expand its headcount towards 100 employees over the next phase of the business.

Prague's office market has grown by 4 new buildings in Q2 2024, offering nearly 44,000 sqm of modern class A office space, reports Colliers in its regular quarterly office property market survey. A large part of these properties has found tenants before completion.

The first stage of the Kolbenova Park residential project in Vysočany in Prague has been completed and approved for use, as the design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has announced. The project consisting of six buildings is gradually executed in several phases. The developer is CPI Property Group.

UBM Development Czechia has completed 3 apartment buildings in the Arcus City residential complex on the border of the Stodůlky and Řeporyje districts of Prague. Of the 66 apartments in the second stage, half of the units are currently available for purchase.
