YIT has decided to continue in cooperation with the RSJ investment group. After the completed Vesi Hostivař project in Prague 15 and the planned residential construction in Brno, the two companies are joining forces for the realization of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11.

Toivo Roztyly includes 204 residential units ranging in size from 29 to 120 sqm. The first stage is already under construction and will offer 88 apartments in four buildings. The latter will then add another 116 units. The project features LED lighting, recuperation units, a public charging station for electric cars, green retention roofs, and a rainwater management system. Completion of the first stage is planned for the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026.

"Our first joint partnership on the Vesi Hostivař project turned out to be very successful. That is why we are happy that, in addition to the ongoing cooperation with our recent regional acquisition in Brno, we can also build on the Toivo Roztyly project," said Marek Lokaj, CEO at YIT Stavo and adds: "The combination of our experience in residential construction with the financial background of RSJ creates good conditions for implementation of this project. We believe that Toivo Roztyly will be a benefit for the entire location."

YIT will continue to provide the complete development of the project including engineering, construction, marketing and sales, the RSJ investment group will participate in the financing.
