PSN is expanding its portfolio with new residential projects in Břevnov and Nusle in Prague offering modern living with a private sauna, fitness and investment opportunities.

An elegant building in Prague's Břevnov is undergoing renovation, offering 27 units ranging in size from 30 to 78 sqm. The top floor will offer apartments with spacious terraces and panoramic views. The residence will include a newly renovated courtyard with a quiet area with a grill. Residents will also have access to a private wellness area inside the building - a sauna and fitness centre, accessible exclusively to residents.

In the Prague 4 – Nusle district, 15 units with sizes ranging from 46 to 67 sqm will be created as part of the reconstruction of a six-floor building. The apartments will be available in a shell & core design, which will allow future owners to customise the interior according to their ideas.

PSN has been creating its portfolio of real estate in Prague, Pardubice, Hradec Králové and Brno for a long time, both for rental housing and for the purpose of renting offices and commercial spaces. The most important are the Dancing House, the House of Fashion on Wenceslas Square, and the first Czech skyscraper City Empiria in Prague's Pankrác. In the centre of Pardubice, at the beginning of 2024, it began the reconstruction of the Grand shopping centre in a functionalist palace designed by architect Josef Gočár.
