Crestpoint Capital Partners is expanding its partnership and expertise. The real estate professional Petr Houska, MRICS, has joined the company as a new Managing Partner.
Petr brings with him 15 years of experience in (re)development and sustainable construction of both commercial and residential properties. At Crestpoint Capital Partners, Petr will be responsible for active asset management, including oversight of (re)development and construction projects.
As a consultant, Petr has been involved in over 100 office, industrial, hotel, and residential real estate projects with a total investment value exceeding €2 billion. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Founded by Tomáš Jandík, CFA, MRICS - former CEO of the largest Czech real estate fund for retail investors – Crestpoint Capital Partners specialises in real estate advisory services, investment management, and joint venture mandates across the office, retail, and logistics sectors, covering the full risk spectrum of investment strategies.
