Savills has been appointed as sole office and retail space letting agent for Giant Office, a newly-completed office development in Poznań.

Giant Office is one of the largest recent office completions in Poznań and the only new office building delivered to the Poznań market in 2020. According to Savills data, thanks to Giant Invest project, Poznań’s office stock reached over 580,000 sqm.

“Giant Office is a unique building featuring an original architectural design reminiscent of the classical US office architecture. Built from superior quality materials, it boasts the best systems facilitating tenants’ operations. I trust this prestigious building will become a showpiece of Głogowska Street, the southern gate of Poznań,” says Roman Sowiński, President of Giant Invest.

Giant Office is located at the corner of Górki and Głogowska streets, the latter being one of Poznań’s key high streets and connecting the city centre with a motorway and an exit road to Wrocław, Warsaw and Berlin. The complex offers 15,310 sqm of modern office space, 1,815 sqm of retail space, 440 sqm of restaurant space, and 470 sqm of warehouse space. Its two-level underground car park provides 227 parking spaces. The building has received a BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating.

“Negotiations are at an advanced stage for a considerable part of space, but there are still ready-to-occupy units available in the building for companies wanting to open an office here,” says Piotr Skuza, Regional Manager, Office Agency, Savills.

The property has been developed by Giant Invest, an investor with more than 30 years of experience and the owner of several retail schemes in Poznań and its environs. It was designed by an acclaimed Poznań architectural studio CDF Architekci. The building was delivered to the market in April 2020. Its general contractor was Budimex, one of the largest construction groups in Poland.
