A second building with 27,000 sqm, of which 9,500 sqm will be taken up by DSV Road, will be erected at the existing Panattoni Park Poznań IV. Following the extension, the park will total 62,000 sqm, and in the future will reach its target size of 87,000 sqm.

DSV Road – a leading transport-logistics operator in Europe – is relocating within Panattoni Park Poznań IV. The move is motivated by the need for access to cross-docking facilities, which the developer guaranteed in the upcoming project. DSV Road has leased approx. 10,000 sqm in total. Warehouse space will take up over 8,460 sqm, including the cross-docking area of approx. 2,230 sqm. Here, the tenant will be provided with 18 docks and one ground-level drive-in gate. Social and office facilities are planned on 1,064 sqm. DSV will start operations at the new location in February 2020. The space occupied to date in building one will be taken up by a chain of consumer electronics and household appliances retail stores.

The park currently has nearly 36,000 sqm, and already in the first quarter of 2020 its capacity will go up by 27,000 sqm. The park enjoys a strategic location in Komorniki, near two motorway junctions – Komorniki and Poznań Zachód – on the A2, connecting Łódź, Warsaw and Berlin. The park is also in the vicinity of the nearly completed S5 route, which will connect Poznań with Wrocław in the south and Bydgoszcz in the north. The complex provides great opportunities for both domestic and international business operations.

In the first half of this year, the developer embarked on a major project in the region. The company started the construction of three logistics parks – in Jaryszki, Swadzim and Komorniki – whose space at full build-out is to approach 260,000 sqm. To date, approx. 120,000 sqm have already been completed. Ideally located parks make for efficient goods transport in the country and abroad. Overall, in and around Poznań the developer has delivered 562,240 sqm of space in 10 logistics parks, and 220,651 sqm in stand-alone projects. By the end of the year, the total will go up by 70,000 sqm.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
