WING Industrial is launching a new hall development at its logistics and industrial park in Vecsés. The development marks the completion of Airport City Business Park, which has reached its maximum buildable capacity.

The new hall, the final phase of the logistics and light industrial park in Vecsés, will offer 3,300 sqm of gross leasable area, a clear height of 12 metres, eight loading docks and a 20 percent office ratio alongside the warehouse space. Handover is expected in Q2 2027.

The building is being developed to target Breeam International Very Good certification, running entirely on green electricity in line with Airport City's sustainability profile.

The tenant's decision was influenced by the location of the industrial park and its range of services. Situated directly adjacent to Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, at the intersection of the M0 and M4 motorways, the park offers conditions for air cargo storage as well as logistics and light industrial operations.

Adjacent to Airport City, the development site offers further expansion potential: Wing Industrial will have additional built-to-suit industrial and logistics developments available at this location in the future.
