According to a survey conducted by Savills involving real estate investors with total Europe and Middle East assets under management (AuM) exceeding €500 billion, almost a third of investors are looking to adopt a more aggressive, value-added investment strategy over the next 12 months. This is up from 14% on last year’s survey, with only 28% expecting to deploy a more defensive strategy over the next 12 months, down from 55% last year.

Cushman & Wakefield has released a summary of retail market conditions in Poland. Approximately 200,000 sqm is likely to be added to the market by the end of this year. Panattoni is launching its second project in Warsaw’s Targówek district this year. The company is to deliver 17,615 sqm of space in an investment of €8.5 million. City Logistics Warsaw VI will be the company’s tenth development in Warsaw.

DL Invest Group signed a contract for the lease of over 120,000 sqm warehouse space with one of the world's most recognized fashion companies. The construction of warehouse halls for a new tenant is underway as part of the DL Invest Park Psary project located in Silesia in a strategic location close to the A1 and A4 motorways and the S1 expressway.

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.
